At Philosophical Entertainment, we are more than just a podcast—we are a community dedicated to exploring the depths of thought, challenging the boundaries of identity, and spreading messages of enlightenment and interconnectedness. If you are passionate about philosophy, creativity, and helping others discover new perspectives, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey. While we are currently focused on building a dedicated team of volunteers, we plan to expand in the future with paid positions for those who are equally committed to our mission.

Current Volunteer Opportunities

We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to contribute their time and talents in the following roles:

Role #1

Social Media Coordinator (Volunteer)

Help us spread the message of Philosophical Entertainment by managing and growing our social media presence. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content (from our shows), interacting with our audience, and driving traffic to our podcast episodes and website.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy
  • Create and post content across various platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Engage with our community and respond to comments/messages
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize performance
  • Staying in regular communication with the team

Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A passion for philosophy, podcasting, or self-improvement content

Role #2

Audio/Video Editor (Volunteer)

Are you a wizard with audio and video editing software? We’re seeking someone to assist with editing our podcast episodes, creating promo videos, and ensuring that our content is polished and professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and enhance podcast audio & video files
  • Create video promos and other multimedia content
  • Creating episode clips and highlights
  • Uploading content to our server
  • Staying in regular communication with the team

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with audio/video editing tools (Descript)
  • Attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
